2. I'm getting an "Incorrect Login Information" message.

If you are trying to log on to your profile and are receiving the message "Incorrect Login Information," follow these steps:

  1. In the “Returning User” section, click on "Forgot your password?". Enter your email address in the box provided, then click ”Send”. Your password will be sent to your email address immediately. Follow the instructions to ensure you do indeed have the correct password.
  2. If you are still having problems, try typing in the password rather than cutting and pasting it from the email that was sent to you. Sometimes an extra space can be copied by mistake, which will render your password invalid.

Try the following if none of the above solutions have worked:

  • Enable your cookies.
  • Delete your cookies.
  • Update your browser to the latest version of Internet Explorer , Mozilla Firefox or Safari.

In order to upload your resume to be part of your profile, please follow these steps:

  • Go into the “Getting Started” section of your profile
  • Click on the "Browse" button and find your resume from wherever you have saved it.
  • Click "Open" and your resume title will appear in the field next to the Browse button.

Your can overwrite your previous resume by uploading a file of the same name and format. Or you can upload a new resume with a different name and/or format. You can attach more than one resume to your profile, but only one of your resumes can act as your primary resume, i.e. the one that is used to pre-populate your career profile fields. If you choose to attach more than one resume, make sure you name each one of them in a way that it can be linked to the position you are applying for.
